Charming 1 bedroom apartment

To ensure the safety of our guests, we hire an experienced cleaning company, which professionally cleans and disinfects the apartment prior to each reservation. We follow the Airbnb cleaning guidelines in order to protect our guests, so you can be sure that the space will undergo a solid clean before you enter it.

We have place for up to 4 people in this cosy apartment.


ROOMS DESCRIPTION:

1 big bedroom with 1 double bed.
Dining area with a 1 table + sofa bed.

In case if there is a booking made for 5 people, extra single bed will be delivered. Just mind that it would be a tight squeeze, which is not up to my standards. If you're fine with that, we will bring an additional bed upon request.

If there is less than 5 ppl but you need more separate beds than what's available in the apartment, extra ones could be delivered for a price of 50zł/day as I have to rent it from an outside providor.

In the apartment you can expect to find:

For each guest:
fresh linen, duvet (150x 200cm), 1 pillow (50x60cm), 1 bath towel+ 1 hand towel, 2in1 (shampoo & shower gel)

* If you need more towels than the standard amount we provide, cost for additional bath towel is 10zł and hand towel 7zł. I need such requests at least 7 days prior to arrival and if you let me know later, the things can be picked up and paid for in our centrally located office :)

Each Bathroom:
soap, bath mat, hair dryer.

Kitchen:
paper towels, dish towel, sugar, salt and pepper, coffee, tea.
fridge and freezer, toaster oven, gas stove, microwave.
Standard kitchen tools and dishes for 4 persons.

Leisure:
Dining table with 4 chairs, city maps.

Other:
washing machine and dryer, laundry basin, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner (available in the laundry in the main corridor), washing powder, broom and dustpan (in the apartment).

For guests who are in the apartment over 7 days we offer cleaning service, fresh linen and towels each 7 days. This cleaning is complimentary.

Parking:

There is an option of parking in the backyard of the building. There are 2 gates guarding it from the street, but it's not secured and there is no roof. It must be booked in advance and costs 40zł / per day.
This apartment is unique, since 98% of apartments in Krakow have no parking and you need to park on the street.
The entire City Centre is covered by metered Parking Zones. It costs between 4-6 zł/hour, Monday-Saturday (10am-8pm). During Sundays you can park for free :) Mind that the parking meters only take coins(only some of them accept PayPass, PayWave payments) and you can also pay for the entire day straight away.
