Owner

Just Home offers the most flexible contract terms on the market. We understand that everyone has different needs and we try to adapt to them. Our contracts are not based on a rigid template, they are individually constructed. We allow both the option of sublease and management as well as other forms of cooperation. We also do not define the duration of the contract.

We are aware that handing over an apartment into someone else's hands is not an easy and rash decision. We know from experience that each owner has a different relationship with his property, which is why we care the most about mutual trust.

Tenant

Miko & Friends is not only short-term rental. Although those are our origins, which are a reason to be proud of, we do not close ourselves to new opportunities and since several years we have also been running a long-term rental department under the name of Just Erasmus. If you are looking for a flat for several months, a semester or even a year - contact us. We treat each tenant individually, because we meet different needs and requirements for the apartment. Rental contracts are structured flexibly, after prior agreement of their terms by both parties.
