About Us

Just Home is a company with headquarters in Krakow, operating since 2013. Starting from two friends - Mikołaj Karolewski and Mikołaj Garapich - a team of 15 traveling enthusiasts was formed, creating an amazing team that shapes our work environment.

The main activity of the company focuses on the broadly understood management of rental and real estate services, organization of events, trips and transport for our guests. Short term rentals are under the banner of “Miko & Friends”, whereas long term leases under “Just Erasmus”.

From the beginning, we have been trusted not only by many guests and tenants, but most of all by real estate owners who decided to hand over their apartments to us. We currently service approximately 100 properties in the peak season and this number is constantly growing.

In 2018, Miko was chosen by Airbnb among all the hosts in the world, as one of the seven best, distinguishing the largest number of hosted guests - over 42 000.

The company is actively looking for apartments in the center of Krakow and other cities.

Our offer

We specialize in short-term and long-term rental, offering various forms of cooperation for owners and a wide selection of apartments for tenants.

For owners Just Home offers the most flexible contract terms on the market. We understand that everyone has different needs and we try to adapt to them. Our contracts are not based on a rigid template, they are individually constructed. We allow both the option of sublease and management as well as other forms of cooperation. For tenants All of our apartments are located in the City Center of Krakow. During 5 years of our activity, we have served over 700 long-term and medium-term tenants, constantly expanding our offer of apartments. Read more
