Family friendly 3 bedroom Apartment

To ensure the safety of our guests, we hire an experienced cleaning company, which professionally cleans and disinfects the apartment prior to each reservation. We follow the Airbnb cleaning guidelines in order to protect our guests, so you can be sure that the space will undergo a solid clean before you enter it.

This is family friendly building, so no stag or hen groups allowed. Also if you are a big group of friends contact me so I can propose a more suitable space.


We have place for up to 7 people in this spacious apartment.

ROOMS DESCRIPTION:

Bedrooms
1st: 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed
2nd: 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 double sofa bed
3rd: 1 double bed

1 single bed will be delivered if booking for 12 persons (each group bigger that 6 people should contact me before making the booking). Just mind that it would be a tight squeeze, which is not up to my standards. If you're fine with that, we will bring an additional bed upon request.

If there is less than 12 ppl but you need more separate beds than what's available in the apartment, extra ones could be delivered for a price of 50zł/day as I have to rent it from an outside providor.

In apartment you can expect to find:

For each guest:
fresh linen, duvet (150x 200cm), 1 pillow (50x60cm), 1 bath towel+1 hand towel, 2in1 (shampoo & shower gel)
* If you need more towels than the standard amount we provide, cost for additional bath towel is 10zł and hand towel 7zł. I need such requests at least 7 days prior to arrival and if you let me know later, the things can be picked up and paid for in our centrally located office :)


Each Bathroom:
soap, bath mat, hair dryer.

Kitchen:
paper towels, dish towel, sugar, salt and pepper, coffee, tea
big fridge with freezer, gas stove, toaster, microwave,
Standard kitchen tools and dishes for 10 persons.

Leisure:
dining tables with chairs (standard one prepared for 6 guests), 2 sofas, balcony witch comfortable chairs, city maps

Balcony / SMOKING:
Mind that it is forbidden to smoke in the apartment and also on the balcony, as it is not allowed by building administration, due to security reasons (smoke hazards, risk of fire, falling ashtrays from balconies ) and comfort of other residents (stench, frequent noise on the balconies). Smoking there is punishable by administration in the amount of 500zł. Additionally if you want to smoke outside, please go around 10m away, as front of the building is also a smoke free zone.


Other:
washing machine, washing powder, laundry basin, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan.

For guests who are in the apartment over 7 days we offer cleaning service, fresh linen and towels each 7 days. This cleaning is complimentary.
