Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with living room

IMPORTANT NOTICE
During the holiday season, revitalization activities will begin in the building. Workers will be present in common areas (mainly backyard) on weekdays. They will conduct works from 6:00 am (we made an agreement loud works should start from 9:00, but there may be days they'll start earlier). We will do our best in terms of following the rules and keeping common spaces clean. I am sharing this information with guests so that they are aware of that fact before making a reservation.

BASIC INFORMATION:

Apartment area: 90 m2

Floor: 4 ( 94 stairs, no elevator)

We have room for up to 9 people in this apartment.

ROOM DESCRIPTION:

- Bedrooms:

1 : 2 double beds

2 : 1 double bed

Living room: 1 double sofa bed

1 single bed will be provided if you book for 9 people. Please note that it will be cramped then, which is not according to my standards. If it suits you, we will bring an extra bed upon request.

If there are less than 9 of you, but you need more separate beds than what is available in the apartment, an additional one can be provided at a cost of 50zl / day, as I have to rent it from an external supplier.

- Fully equipped kitchen with table

- Bathroom with bathtub

You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay ;)

The apartment is equipped like a standard Polish house. If you have any doubts about what you will find in it, please contact us :)

In the apartment you can expect:

For each guest:

fresh bedding, a comforter (150 x 200 cm), 1 pillow (50x60 cm), 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel, 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel,

* If you need more towels than the standard amount we offer, the cost of an additional bath towel is 10zl, and a hand towel is 7zl. I need to have this information at least 7 days before arrival, and if you inform me later, things can be picked up and paid for at our central office :)

Bathroom:

Soap, bathroom footer, hair dryer.

Kitchen:

Paper towels, dishcloths, sugar, salt and pepper, coffee, tea

Large refrigerator with freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker.

Standard kitchen utensils and dishes + cutlery for 9 people.

Free time:

Table and chairs, sofa in living room, SmartTV (no TV channels), city maps.

Other:

Washing machine, washing powder, sink, iron, ironing board, laundry dryer, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan.

For guests staying in the apartment for more than 7 days, we offer cleaning, fresh linens and towels every 7 days. This cleaning is free of charge.
