4 bedroom loft with balcony

To ensure the safety of our guests, we hire an experienced cleaning company, which professionally cleans and disinfects the apartment prior to each reservation. We follow the sanitary-epidemiological station cleaning guidelines in order to protect our guests, so you can be sure that the space will undergo a solid clean before you enter it.

We have place for up to 13 people in this spacious apartment.

ROOMS DESCRIPTION:

Bedrooms
1st: 1 double bed, 
2nd: 1 double bed,
3rd: 2 double beds,
4th: 1 double bed, double sofa bed

If booking for 13 guests additional single bed will be delivered. Just mind that it would be a tight squeeze, which is not up to my standards. If you're fine with that, we will bring an additional bed upon request.

If there is less than 13 ppl but you need more separate beds than what's available in the apartment, extra ones could be delivered for a price of 50zł/day as I have to rent it from an outside providor.

In apartment you can expect to find:

For each guest:
fresh linen, duvet (150x 200cm), 1 pillow (50x60cm), 1 bath towel+ 1 hand towel, 2in1 (shampoo & shower gel)

* If you need more towels than the standard amount we provide, cost for additional bath towel is 10zł and hand towel 7zł. I need such requests at least 7 days prior to arrival and if you let me know later, the things can be picked up and paid for in our centrally located office :)

Each Bathroom:
soap, bath mat, hair dryer.

Kitchen:
paper towels, dish towel, sugar, salt and pepper, coffee, tea.
big fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave.
Standard kitchen tools and dishes for 13 persons.

Leisure:
Dining table tables with chairs (standard one prepared for 6 person, but if you request in advance we can arrange for up to 8), 3 sofas, balcony, TV with HDMI connection and polish channels, city maps

Other:
washing machine, washing powder, laundry basin, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan.

For guests who are in the apartment over 7 days we offer cleaning service, fresh linen and towels each 7 days. This cleaning is complimentary.
