Big apartment, 3 bedrooms and balcony

To ensure the safety of our guests, we hire an experienced cleaning company, which professionally cleans and disinfects the apartment prior to each reservation. We follow the Airbnb cleaning guidelines in order to protect our guests, so you can be sure that the space will undergo a solid clean before you enter it.

We have place for up to 11 people in this spacious apartment.

ROOMS DESCRIPTION:

Bedrooms
1st: 1 double bed, 1 single bed
2nd: 1 double bed, 1 single bed
3rd: 1 double bed, 1 single bed

2 single beds will be delivered if booking for 10 or 11 persons.

If there is less than 10 ppl but you need more separate beds than what's available in the apartment, extra ones could be delivered for a price of 50zł/day as I have to rent it from an outside providor.

In apartment you can expect to find:

For each guest:
fresh linen, duvet (150x 200cm), 1 pillow (50x60cm), 1 bath towel+ 1 hand towel, 2in1 (shampoo & shower gel)

* If you need more towels than the standard amount we provide, cost for additional bath towel is 10zł and hand towel 7zł. I need such requests at least 7 days prior to arrival and if you let me know later, the things can be picked up and paid for in our centrally located office :)

Bathroom:
soap, bath mat, hair dryer.

Kitchen:
paper towels, dish towel, sugar, salt and pepper, coffee, tea.
fridge, oven, toaster, electrical stove.
Standard kitchen tools and dishes for 11 persons.

Leisure:
Dining table with chairs (standard one prepared for 3 person), 2 tea table with 2 chairs each in the bedrooms, couch, balcony with chairs, city maps

Balcony:
Mind that it is forbidden to smoke in the apartment and also on the balcony, as it is not allowed by building administration, due to security reasons (smoke hazards, risk of fire, falling ashtrays from balconies ) and comfort of other residents (stench, frequent noise on the balconies)

Other:
washing machine, washing powder, laundry basin, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan.

For guests who are in the apartment over 7 days we offer cleaning service, fresh linen and towels each 7 days. This cleaning is complimentary.
