Business Trip Lux Studio

To ensure the safety of our guests, we hire an experienced cleaning company, which professionally cleans and disinfects the apartment prior to each reservation. We follow the sanitary-epidemiological station cleaning guidelines in order to protect our guests, so you can be sure that the space will undergo a solid clean before you enter it.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Studio is located within a 123sqm apartment consisting of 6 studios, but each being independent, soundproofed unit with their own access, so you have full privacy. The only thing you need to share is the washing machine in the corridor, but you have your own drying rack :)

- Modern finish / fully renovated in 2018

- Top class furnishings and decorations (paintings from a famous local painter), giving you a fell of a 5 star hotel

- Extremely good external isolation (triple glazing in windows & soundproofed doors) and internal isolation (double acoustic walls, so you can’t hear anything between the rooms, Also floors and ceilings additionally isolated)

- Recuperation with an anti-smog and anti-allergy filter, so fresh air throughout :)

- Air conditioning

- TV

- Full kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, sink, cabinets)

If you are a bigger group, its possible to rent more studios located next to each other, with full capacity of 12 people, so perfect for families, couples and business trips.


ROOM DESCRIPTION:

Bedroom
1st: 1 queen bed (160x200cm) - sofa bed which has a high class mattress put on it if needed to be used as a queen bed. During the day can be used as a sofa, so serves both functions :)

Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay to explore and enjoy ;)

Apartment is equipped as standard polish house. If you have any doubts about what you'll find here, contact me :)

In apartment you can expect to find:

For each guest:
fresh linen, duvet (150x 200cm), 1 pillow (50x60cm), 1 bath towel+ 1 hand towel, 2in1 (shampoo & shower gel)

* If you need more towels than the standard amount we provide, cost for additional bath towel is 10zł and hand towel 7zł. I need such requests at least 7 days prior to arrival and if you let me know later, the things can be picked up and paid for in our centrally located office :)

Each Bathroom:
shower, soap, bath mat, hair dryer.

Kitchen:
paper towels, dish towel, sugar, salt and pepper, coffee, tea.
fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher.
Standard kitchen tools and dishes for 4persons.

Leisure:
TV, city maps

Common area:
Washing machine (each room has their own drying rack & iron)

Other:
iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan.

For guests who are in the apartment over 7 days we offer cleaning service, fresh linen and towels each 7 days. This cleaning is complimentary.
