**IMPORTANT INFO**

The apartment was newly renovated and completed in July 2026 to a high standard and is equipped with premium amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
Please note that some of the building's common areas, including the entrance hall, staircase, and courtyard are currently in a developer-finish condition. They are functional but not yet fully finished. This does not affect the comfort or functionality of the apartment. Further improvement works are planned but have been paused during the tourist season to minimize inconvenience for residents and guests. Photos showing the current condition of these areas can be found in the "Exterior" photo section.
The elevator is fully operational and provides easy access to all floors. Protective coverings are currently in place to prevent damage during the ongoing development of the building.
As this is a newly refurbished residential building, some neighbors may still be carrying out interior finishing works. In accordance with building regulations, any noisy work is permitted only on weekdays after 9:00 a.m.To reflect these temporary circumstances, the apartment rate has been adjusted accordingly.

3rd: 1 double bed (180x200 cm) - can be seperated into 2 single beds (90x200cm) + ensuited bathroom

4th: 1 double bed (200x200 cm) - can be seperated into 2 single beds (100x200cm) + ensuited bathroom

5th: 1 double bed (160x200 cm) - can be seperated into 2 single beds (80x200cm) + ensuited bathroom

- Living room: double sofa bed (148x236 cm)

- Kitchen with dining table

You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay to explore and enjoy ;)

Please be aware that this apartment is located in a residential building in the city center. Normal city noises may be heard from outside (e.g., loud conversations, street noise, ambulances). Families with children and pets can live in the building and conduct normal activities (e.g., social gatherings, cleaning, renovations) while respecting the quiet hours (10 p.m.-6 a.m.). We ensure that these rules are followed.

In apartment you can expect to find:

For each guest:
fresh linen, duvet (150x 200cm), 1 pillow (50x60cm), 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel, soap, 2in1 (30 ml shampoo & shower gel)

**Extra bath towels cost 10zł and hand ones 7zł. Pickup and payment at our office if requested later than 7 days prior to arrival.

Each Bathroom:
bath mat, hair dryer.

Kitchen:
paper towels, dish towel, sugar, salt and pepper, big fridge with freezer, oven, electrical stove, toaster, microwave, coffe maker, coffee, tea, dishwasher, washing machine.
Standard kitchen tools and dishes for 12 persons.

Leisure:
dining table with chairs (standard one prepared for 10 persons), sofa, city maps

Other:
washing powder, laundry basin, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan.

For guests who are in the apartment over 7 days we offer cleaning service, fresh linen and towels each 7 days. This cleaning is complimentary.
