Dazzling 2-bedroom apartment in Center Center

BASIC INFORMATION:

Apartment area: 40 sqm

Floor: 1 (no elevator, 38 steps)

In this apartment we have space for up to 4 people.

ROOM DESCRIPTION:

1 : 1 double bed (180x200cm) - can be divided into 2 single beds

2:  1 double bed (180x200cm) - can be divided into 2 single beds

- Fully equipped kitchen with dining table

- 2 bathrooms: both equipped with showers

- Smart TV

You will have access to the whole apartment during your stay ;)

Please be aware that this apartment is located in a residential building in the city center. Normal city noises may be heard from outside (e.g., loud conversations, street noise, ambulances). Families with children and pets can live in the building and conduct normal activities (e.g., social gatherings, cleaning, renovations) while respecting the quiet hours (10 p.m.-6 a.m.). We ensure that these rules are followed.

The apartment is equipped like a standard Polish house. If you have any doubts about what you will find in it, please contact us :)

In the apartment you can expect:

For each guest:

fresh linen, quilt (150 x 200 cm), 1 pillow (50 x 60 cm), 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel, 2in1 shampoo and shower gel,

* If you need more towels than the standard amount we offer, the cost of an additional bath towel is PLN 10, and a towel is PLN 7. I need to have this information at least 7 days before arrival and if you inform me later, things can be picked up and paid for at our central office :)

Each bathroom:

soap, bathroom foot, hair dryer.

Kitchen:

paper towels, tea towels, sugar, salt and pepper, coffee, tea

large fridge with freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker.

Standard cooking utensils and crockery + cutlery for 4 people.

Free time:

Table with chairs, sofa in the living room, SmartTV with HDMI cable, city maps

Other:

washing machine, washing powder, sink, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan.

For guests staying in the apartment for more than 7 days, we offer cleaning, fresh linen and towels every 7 days. This cleaning is free.

Parking:
There is an option of parking in the backyard of the building. There are 2 gates guarding it from the street, but it's not secured and there is no roof. It must be booked in advance and costs 80zł / per day.
This apartment is unique, since 98% of apartments in Krakow have no parking and you need to park on the street.
The entire City Centre is covered by metered Parking Zones. It costs 8-11 zł/hour, everyday (9am-22pm). Payment is cash (coins)/card or via apps (ePark, MobiParking, Mobilet).
