Industrial 4 bedroom + living room Apartment

To ensure the safety of our guests, we hire an experienced cleaning company, which professionally cleans and disinfects the apartment prior to each reservation. We follow the sanitary-epidemiological station cleaning guidelines in order to protect our guests, so you can be sure that the space will undergo a solid clean before you enter it.

This is family friendly building, so no stag or hen groups allowed. Also if you are a big group of friends contact me so I can propose a more suitable space

I have place for up to 12 people in this big apartment.

Bedrooms:

1st: 1 king bed (180x200 cm) - can be seperated into 2 singles

2nd: 1 queen bed (160x200 cm) - can be seperated into 2 singles

3rd: 1 king bed (180x200 cm) - can be seperated into 2 singles + double sofa bed (140x200 cm)

4th: 2 king beds (180x200 cm) - can be seperated into 4 singles + sofa

Mind photoshoot took place before changing beds arrangements. Please, rely on the description.

- Living room connected with an impressive open plan kitchen: sofa and a dining table+ Tv with international channels + Air Condition

- 2 Bathrooms: first- spacious room with bath in the middle and second with shower hudge

- Balcony with table and chairs

You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay to explore and enjoy ;)

In apartment you can expect to find:

For each guest:
fresh linen, duvet (150x 200cm), 1 pillow (50x60cm), 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel, 2in1 (shampoo & shower gel)

* If you need more towels than the standard amount we provide, cost for additional bath towel is 10zł and hand towel 7zł. I need such requests at least 7 days prior to arrival and if you let me know later, the things can be picked up and paid for in our centrally located office :)

Each bathroom:
soap, bath mat, hair dryer.

Kitchen:
paper towels, dish towel, sugar, salt and pepper, coffee, tea
big fridge with freezer, oven, electrical stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker.
Standard kitchen tools and dishes for 12 persons.

Leisure:
dining table with chairs (standard one prepared for 6 person, but if you request in advance we can arrange for up to 12 persons), 2 sofas, city maps, TV (satelite TV+ HDMI cable).

Other:
washing machine, washing powder, laundry basin, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan


For guests who are in the apartment over 7 days we offer cleaning service, fresh linen and towels each 7 days. This cleaning is complimentary.
